I have currently stopped selling my guide UK Property Success from this page, simply because with all the changes that have happened in the property and financial markets over the last few months/years I felt it needed updating.

Most of the information in it was and always will be valuable because it was about tried and tested techniques that work in any economic climate, but because a portion of it was out of date, and I didn't have time to update it, I felt I should withdraw the whole thing, for now, so that people buying it don't get out of date information.  I will potentially be bringing out an updated version in the future.
